RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
HESPERIOS RETURN POLICY.
“RETURN POLICY IN SHOP”
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 7 days of receipt for an exchange of equal or greater value. Item(s) must be returned in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered). Shoes must be returned with the original shoe box, unworn and free of damage. All beauty, home goods, books and intimates apparel will be a final sale.”
The return policy for anything shipped is slightly different:
“All items are ‘final sale’ or if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may exchange the items postmarked within 7 calendar days of receipt for something of equal or greater value. Please contact us at: SHOP@hesperios.com to notify us of any exchanges wanting to be made. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. Items must be returned in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with the tags attached. Shoes must be returned with the original shoe box, free of damage and postal labels.”
