Returns and Exchanges
Hesperios offers refunds or exchanges within 14 days of receiving your full-priced items. Items must be returned new, unused, unwashed, all tags attached, with the order receipt included. We hold the right to deny refunds or exchanges if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
– Intimates, home goods, books, beauty, art and discount products are final sale.
– All sales are final after 14 days of purchase.
– A $10 restocking fee will be deducted from all refunds.
Shipping: Domestic and international shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend tracking your return to ensure it arrives at Hesperios safely, as we are not responsible for returns or exchanges lost in the mail. Please note, we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes at this time. We offer free local pickups, returns and exchanges for customers who live in the New York City area.
US Customers
Please contact customer service for a return label.
International Customers
International orders are eligible for return at the expense of the sender. Please allow extra time for your orders to pass through customs. Hesperios is not responsible for any import, export, duties and taxes which may apply, or for any consequent delays that these may create. Please check with your local customs authority on any customs duties or taxes that are payable by you, regulations and guidelines differ by country. We suggest you contact your local postal service or customs office for further information.
Refunds
To prevent fraud, the refund can only be processed to the credit card that was used to place the original order. We are entitled to retain the refund until we have received the items, or proof of return of the items has been presented to us whichever is earlier. Please allow 14 days for refund payment to be processed.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Hesperios is not able to cancel or change orders after they have been placed.
Online Returns and Exchanges Steps

Contact hello@hesperios.com Please indicate the nature of the return (eg. wrong size, fit, etc.). You can view your orders in your account.

Hesperios can provide a trackable return label for domestic orders. Return labels will be deducted from your refund.
3.
Once approved, you will receive an email confirming the return. A $10 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds & Exchanges are processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the merchandise. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used to purchase. Please read our policies or contact customer service for further information.
