ONLINE RETURN/EXCHANGE STEPS
-Contact email@example.com to initiate a return within 7 days of receiving the product. Please indicate the nature of the return (eg. wrong size, fit, etc.).
-Items must be returned new, unused, unwashed and all tags attached, with the order receipt included. All intimates and sale items are final sale, not eligible for return, exchange or credit. Returns must meet this policy in order to be eligible for a refund or exchange. Both domestic and international shipping costs are non-refundable.
-Once approved, you will receive an email confirming the return. Hesperios can provide a trackable return label for domestic orders. The return label fee will be deducted from your refund.
-Exchanges/Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the merchandise. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used to purchase.
