Returns Policy
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, we have taken extra measures in our fulfillment practices to ensure employee health and safety. As a result, you may experience delays in shipment. We appreciate your patience and support.
Returns and Exchanges
We take great pride in providing merchandise of the highest quality. Hesperios offers a full refund within 7 days of receiving your non-sale items. Items must be shipped back within 7 days of receiving the return, and 3 days of receiving specialty items (products over $700). Items must be returned new, unused, unwashed and all tags attached, with the order receipt included. All intimates and sale items are final sale. Returns must meet this policy in order to be eligible for a refund. Both domestic and international shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend tracking your return to ensure it arrives at Hesperios safely, as we are not responsible for returns or exchanges lost in the mail. Return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund, as return shipping fees are not covered by Hesperios.
Exchanges
Within 14 days of receiving your items, Hesperios allows for Hesperios items to be exchanged for an equal value item. Please return the original item and re-purchase the new item for ‘un-even” exchanges. Items must be returned new, unused, unwashed and all tags attached, with the order receipt included. Exchanges must meet this policy in order to be eligible for an exchange. Both domestic and international shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend tracking your return to ensure it arrives at Hesperios safely, as we are not responsible for returns or exchanges lost in the mail. Hesperios offers 1 complimentary domestic shipping for the item exchanged.
3rd Party Returns and Exchanges
Shoes will be accepted if returned in their original, undamaged designer shoebox. Please try shoes on a covered/protected surface, as returns of shoes with worn or scuffed soles will not be accepted. Hesperios is not responsible for any shipping or return fees of 3rd party products. Beauty and art products are final sale.
Refunds
To prevent fraud, the refund can only be processed to the credit card that was used to place the original order. We are entitled to retain the refund until we have received the items, or proof of return of the items has been presented to us whichever is the earlier. Please allow 14 days for refund payment to be processed.
International Returns
International orders are eligible for return at the expense of the sender. We recommend using an insured service with tracking capability. Hesperios is not responsible for any import tax/duty (apart from New York State Sales Tax) that your order may have incurred for returned items. Please be advised that any exchanges may require additional tax/duty for import to delivery destinations outside the US. International shipping costs are nonrefundable.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Hesperios is not able to cancel or change orders after they have been placed. Refused or unopened return packages are subject to a $20 restocking fee or return shipping charges.
Online Returns and Exchanges Steps

Contact shop@hesperios.com to initiate a return within 7 days of receiving the product and 3 days of receiving specialty items (products over $700). Please indicate the nature of the return (eg. wrong size, fit, etc.).

Items must be returned new, unused, unwashed and all tags attached, with the order receipt included. All intimates and sale items are final sale, not eligible for a return, exchange, or credit. Returns must meet this policy in order to be eligible for a refund or exchange. Both domestic and international shipping costs are non-refundable.

Once approved, you will receive an email confirming the return. Hesperios can provide a trackable return label for domestic orders. The return label fee will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges/Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the merchandise. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used to purchase.
