FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
Hesperios offers a full refund within 7 days of receiving your items. Items must be shipped back within 7 days of receiving the shipment. Items are not eligible for a refund after 7 days on which you or a third party other than the carrier received the item, or if the item is paid for with store credit. Specialty items (items over $700) are subject to a 3-day return policy.

Within 14 days of receiving your items, Hesperios allows for Hesperios items to be exchanged at an equal or greater value. Hesperios is not responsible for returns or exchanges lost in the mail. Both domestic and international shipping costs are nonrefundable. Shipping fees will be deducted from your refund, as shipping fees are not covered by Hesperios. Items must be returned new, unused, unwashed and all tags attached, with the order receipt included. Return and exchanges must meet this policy in order to be eligible. All intimates, art, beauty, sale items are final sale, not eligible for return, exchange or credit.

ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS:
Hesperios is not able to cancel or change orders after they have been placed. Refused or unopened return packages are subject to a 10% restocking fee or return shipping charges.

SALES & PROMOTIONS:
Discount Code may not be combined with any other sale, promotion, discount, code, coupon and/or offer. Promotions have no cash value. Offer cannot be sold or otherwise bartered. Void where prohibited, taxed or otherwise restricted.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS AND SHIPPING:
